Bookings and payment terms
A deposit is payable at the time of booking or no later than 5 months before arrival. The deposit is 30 % for reservation and 100 % for reservation done less than 6 weeks before arrival. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The final payment must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions for bookings and payment terms without notice.
Check-in and check-out
Please check in between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please advise us in advance if a later check-in is required. Please check out by 12 noon on the day of departure. Please contact us if you wish to vacate Lapland Feeling Lodge later than this time.
Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to the following fees:
- 15 % of the deposit payable upon cancellations made at least 50 days before arrival
- 30 % of the total cost of the stay payable upon cancellations made less than 50 days before arrival
- 100 % of the total cost of the stay payable upon cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival
The cancellation fee may be refunded if the cancellation is due to illness, accident or the death of a close relative. Medical certificates will be required.
Our right to cancel a reservation
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation in force majeure conditions. Should this happen, we undertake to inform you as soon as possible.
